Coming from a business-driven family, Otto Othman has independently opened a supermarket chain as well as co-founding the Pincho franchise. Leveraging social media and digital technology, Pincho has created a very loyal cult following. With almost 15 years of interactive design experience and fluent in four languages, Othman has led creative teams on award-winning campaigns for clients such as FIAT, Coca-Cola, Chrysler and Sprint.
Nedal Ahmad was down to just $6.27 in his bank account in 2010 when he and his business partners pushed up the launch of the unique restaurant concept they’d been planning for months. It inspired the name of our franchise’s 627 Ale, and it has come to be a symbol of our success. Ahmad continues to serve as a consultant, and an inspiration to Pincho as well as being a franchise owner.
Jayson Tipp joined Pincho in 2018 after discovering a franchise brand he knew he had to join or “I’d regret it five years from now.” Tipp brings with him extensive experience in food franchising. As Chief Development Officer with Papa Murphy’s, he helped that brand grow from 1,100 to 1,600 restaurants between 2012 and 2017. Tipp also worked previously in various leadership positions with Redbox, Potbelly Sandwich Works and Starbucks.
Adrian Sanchez started cooking at the age of 9 in the kitchen with his mother and grandmother. The Cuban-American mastered many Cuban dishes and soon turned his attention to other types of cuisine. “I always tended to stray away to other cultures to see what everybody else had to offer.” He was running a food truck and looking for his next adventure when he became friends with Pincho Co-Founder Nedal Ahmad, soon joining the growing brand. Sanchez leads our innovative menu research and development.
